Citizens enjoy the same human dignity and all the benefits provided by law and regulation.

Article 7

The dignity of citizens is inviolable. No person, official or media outlet, especially those who use public funds and facilities, should harm the reputation of others with derogatory behavior or expressions such as satire and slander, even through quotations.

Citizens have the right to a government that is committed to good morals, honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, consultation, protection of the treasury, respect for the rights of the people, consideration of conscience and public opinion, moderation and prudence and avoidance of extremism, haste, arbitrariness Deception, concealment and manipulation of information and accepting responsibility for their decisions and actions, apologizing to people for mistakes, welcoming the opinions of opponents and critics, and installing and dismissing based on the merits and abilities of individuals.

Article 24

Officials and administrators must be accountable and accessible in their dealings with citizens, and if they reject a request, they must respond in writing to the request and provide maximum guidance within their competence.
