Board of Directors :

The board of directors of the company consists of 5 main members (one of whom is the CEO) and two main members and two alternate members who are elected for a period of two years and remain in office until re-election.

Managing Director:

The CEO is the highest executive officer of the company and the executor of the approvals of the board of directors.

Legal Inspector:

The statutory inspector is elected by the Ordinary General Assembly for a term of one year.
